Clear counters completely — yes, even the coffee maker. Hide sponges, soaps, and towels that aren’t staged. In bathrooms, close toilet lids and pull shower curtains open to show the space.
Light is everything
Turn on the lights you want shown, replace burnt-out bulbs, and discuss window coverings with your photographer. Prepare the main rooms, exterior, and outdoor spaces before the appointment. Point out features you want photographed and confirm that the selected coverage includes the detail shots or additional areas you need.
